Thank you for supporting One Leg Throttle. Every order helps donate to Ride Again Foundation and other important causes and also fuels the mission to inspire riders, dreamers, and anyone fighting to rise again. Below is our simple, transparent shipping policy.
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier, but typical delivery windows are:
- United States: 7-10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
November orders are all taking minimum 14 days to ship.
Please note: Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may extend these timelines.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping promotions (when available) will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
One Leg Throttle is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, but we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
International Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
